Currier's Vintage Seaplanes
Roger Currier graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1966. Shortly after he joined the U.S. Air Force where he worked as an aircraft mechanic and supervisor for four years. In the mid 1970's he received his pilots license and quickly became interested in bush flying. With this new interest in bush flying he and his family moved to Moosehead Lake in the spring of 1982. Currier's Flying Service was founded that fall.
Roger Currier enjoys taking tourists and many locals up in his vintage seaplanes to see the scenery of Moosehead Lake. These tours last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, or more if desired.
Not only does Roger fly for the tourists but he also flys for the Maine Fish and Wildlife doing survey work.
